In order to protect Caliber Media Group’s good standing as a white listed email marketing solution provider, we request that all client partners abide by the following email marketing requirements as outlined by CAN-SPAM laws and AOL email regulations: In the event the commercial email messages are solicited, the email must contain the sender’s organization, phone and physical address. In the event the commercial email message is unsolicited, email messages should include opt-out instructions and the sender’s physical address. Subject lines containing spam-laden keywords, as well as false headers, must not be used. Sender must not try to hide, forge or misrepresent their company or website address.
In addition, at its discretion Caliber Media Group reserves the right to remove any email addresses that it believes to be spam traps or that may compromise its good standing as an email marketing solution provider.
